ملاحظة فتح الكاميرا خلال التدريب لكل المتدربين الزامي لتأكيد الحضور بنسبة لا تقل عن 85% والتفاعل وللحصول على الشهادة Note Opening the camera during training for all trainees is mandatory to confirm attendance at least 85% and to interact and to obtain a certificate المقدمة ان من اهم مبررات عقد هذا البرنامج التدريبي هو القاء الضوء على زيوت الطعام المستهلكة كاحد الملوثات المحتملة لمصادر المياه ومياه البحر ومياه الصرف الصحي ايضا. فيمكن للتر واحد من زيت الطهي المستهلك أن يلوث الاف اللترات من المياه. كما يحتوي الزيت المستهلك على مواد مسرطنة قد تنتقل بالمياه ومياه البحر وتدخل السلسلة الغذائية وتؤثر على صحة الانسان. لذا يجب عدم تصريف الزيوت النباتية والدهون الحيوانية المستهلكة في شبكة المجاري لانها تعمل على انسداد الانابيب في نظام الصرف الصحي وبالتالي تزيد من تكاليف الصيانة ويزيد من الروائح الكريهة Introduction One of the most important reasons for holding this training program is to shed light on the edible oils consumed as one of the potential pollutants of water sources, seawater and sewage. One litre of cooking oil consumed can contaminate thousands of litres of water. The oil consumed also contains carcinogens that may be transported by water and seawater, enter the food chain and affect human health. Therefore, vegetable oils and animal fats consumed should not be discharged into the sewage system because they block the pipes in the sewage system and thus increase maintenance costs and increase bad smells.
