Service Description

Trainer: Engineer Ali M. Al - Labadi Name of the Training Course: Design and Construction Project Management and Processes and Quality-Audit Check List per ISO10006:1997(E) Targeted Trainees and Number: Junior and Senior Professional Engineers of various disciplines with sufficient knowhow and interest and actively involved in the execution of design and construction projects owned by the public sector and / or the private sector / 20 – 25 trainees. Languages to be Used: Both Arabic and English Goal and Purpose of the Training Course: Improvement of administration of design and construction projects for completion on time according to specifications and within the allocated budget by capacity building of trainees (Project Managers, Engineers and Superintendents in Consulting Engineering Companies and Construction Contracting Companies). Objectives of the Training Course: (i) Training of engineering professionals and managers on efficient, and effective quality project management to deliver a completed project on time, according to specifications, within the allocated budget, and in compliance with ISO10006 (ii) Enable and improve capacities of engineering professionals in their mid- and long-term career, (iii) Explain to the decision makers in the field of engineering design and construction the importance of participation and involvement in continuous on the-job training, (iv) Explain to the trainees the importance of informing their respective superiors and sub-ordinates about the current status of project management as related to planning, development and management of capital and investment projects, and supply of public services, (v) Recognize the social, economical, and environmental importance and impacts by the modern methods of construction management.
